Consumer right
If you contract remotely as a consumer, the usual withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from conclusion of the service contract. Bespoke design work does not by itself remove that right. The withdrawal page includes instructions and a notice template.
How to give notice
Send a clear statement of your decision to the contact channel in your contract or to AUTO & ESTILO CONCEPT SL, Calle Jesús Espinosa 9, puerta B, planta 3, 36340 Nigrán, Pontevedra, España. The template is optional. Identify the project and contract date; retain evidence of sending before the period ends. If you use an electronic channel offered by the studio, acknowledgement is provided in a form you can retain.

Work already started
Starting during the withdrawal period requires your separate, optional, express request. Otherwise, the studio waits until the period ends. If you request a start and then withdraw, only work actually performed is assessed where the law permits. Loss of the right requires full performance and the required consent and information; payment or downloading a PDF is not itself a waiver.
Refund
Where a refund is due, the original payment method is used unless you expressly agree to another at no cost. Withdrawal refunds are processed without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of notice. Evidence of the refund instruction is provided; the payment institution may determine when the credit appears.

External purchases and business clients
