We provide interior concepts, virtual home staging and visualization for homes, accommodation and commercial spaces. Your individual quote defines the room or area, images and documents, formats, permitted uses and revisions. Images labelled concepts or AI visualizations show proposals; they are not evidence of completed building work.
Before contracting
The brief is a free request for a proposal; it is not a paid order or an automatic reservation. Concept, Room and Signature describe possible work packages. Contracting requires an individual offer identifying the client, scope, deliverables, timetable, final price, tax treatment and payment terms. You may correct details or ask questions before acceptance.
Price and payment
The currency is EUR. Indicative website prices do not replace your final quote. Before commitment, the subtotal, tax and total are displayed, together with whether payment is in full, a deposit or a balance and which phase it covers. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Only methods active for this operator, domain and activity are offered; own forms do not accept card details.
Payment confirmation relies on the provider’s verified notification or, for a bank transfer, actual reconciliation of funds. Returning to a success page is not proof of payment. Failures and duplicates are investigated before another payment is requested.
Acceptance and confirmation
The personal link lets you review the summary and accept the identified version of these terms. A payment action, where available, states the obligation to pay. The acceptance reference is retained and a confirmation with a copy of the terms is provided in a form you can save or print. Keep the personal link out of public channels and report suspected unauthorised access.
Your information and cooperation
Supply accurate dimensions, photographs and references you are entitled to use. The studio works from the information accepted for the project and identifies its limitations. Verify dimensions and feasibility before purchasing goods or carrying out building work. A conceptual deliverable does not certify structures, installations, regulatory compliance or permits.
Delivery, review and changes
Work is delivered digitally through the channel agreed in the quote and its confirmation. Dates or milestones, file formats, outstanding client input and included revisions are set before acceptance. Missing dimensions, images or feedback are discussed together with their effect on the timetable. Furniture is not physically shipped.
The quote identifies included revision rounds. Files are checked against the agreed scope; report errors or unreadable files for correction. Additional rooms, a changed approved brief or extra rounds require an additional proposal accepted before the change is performed and charged. Silence is not treated as automatic acceptance.
Project limits and usage rights
Furniture purchases, construction, transport, site visits, statutory supervision and licensed technical documentation are excluded unless expressly contracted separately. Occupancy, sales, financial returns, permits and third-party approval are not promised. The offer specifies deliverable usage rights; the studio does not obtain permission to publish your address, private images or case without separate authorisation.
The object library is an editorial selection with external links. Check the price, variant, availability, delivery and after-sales terms with the linked retailer. ESTILO SPACES does not take payment for those objects; a link does not establish a dealership, partnership or affiliate relationship.
Withdrawal, start and cancellation
If you contract remotely as a consumer, the usual withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from conclusion of the service contract. Bespoke design work does not by itself remove that right. The withdrawal page includes instructions and a notice template.
Starting during the withdrawal period requires your separate, optional, express request. Otherwise, the studio waits until the period ends. If you request a start and then withdraw, only work actually performed is assessed where the law permits. Loss of the right requires full performance and the required consent and information; payment or downloading a PDF is not itself a waiver.
You may withdraw an inquiry before contract at no cost. To cancel an accepted project, request the phase status and a breakdown of work performed. There is no blanket penalty or automatically non-refundable deposit. The quote and legal rights determine settlement; the same phase is not charged twice.
Where a refund is due, the original payment method is used unless you expressly agree to another at no cost. Withdrawal refunds are processed without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of notice. Evidence of the refund instruction is provided; the payment institution may determine when the credit appears.
Problems and rights
If agreed work is not delivered, the problem is communicated and correction, an agreed revised timetable or the appropriate legal remedy is proposed. These terms do not limit rights for breach, lack of conformity where applicable or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Delivery is not made an irrevocable acceptance by any wording here.
For an inquiry, correction or complaint, provide your name, project reference, facts and requested solution. The studio records the request and replies in a form you can retain. You may contact the competent consumer authorities; membership of an arbitration or alternative dispute-resolution body is not claimed without evidence.

Language, versions and law
The website offers Spanish and English. The confirmation identifies the accepted language and version; later changes do not retroactively alter an accepted project. Spanish law applies, preserving mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction. Business project conditions are agreed in writing.
