Inquiries and projects
An inquiry or brief before contract may be withdrawn at no cost. For an accepted project, give its reference when cancelling and request a breakdown of the work status. There is no general “no refunds” rule or automatic forfeiture of deposits.
Withdrawal and completed work
If you contract remotely as a consumer, the usual withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from conclusion of the service contract. Bespoke design work does not by itself remove that right. The withdrawal page includes instructions and a notice template.
Starting during the withdrawal period requires your separate, optional, express request. Otherwise, the studio waits until the period ends. If you request a start and then withdraw, only work actually performed is assessed where the law permits. Loss of the right requires full performance and the required consent and information; payment or downloading a PDF is not itself a waiver.
Where a refund is due, the original payment method is used unless you expressly agree to another at no cost. Withdrawal refunds are processed without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of notice. Evidence of the refund instruction is provided; the payment institution may determine when the credit appears.
Errors, duplicates or non-performance
Report an incorrect amount, duplicate payment or problem with its reference, without sending full card numbers or CVV. Records are checked with the provider or reconciliation evidence and the resolution is documented. Delivery problems and rights for non-performance are addressed even where withdrawal does not apply.

For an inquiry, correction or complaint, provide your name, project reference, facts and requested solution. The studio records the request and replies in a form you can retain. You may contact the competent consumer authorities; membership of an arbitration or alternative dispute-resolution body is not claimed without evidence.
